Ryvdoll (“we” and “us”) is the operator of https://www.ryvdoll.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement in order to mutually protect each other and set expectations regarding our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our Website; however, from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to ask whether you prefer to wait for the restocking of the backordered item or prefer us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost charged to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Ryvdoll will gladly accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received within 30 days of receipt of the item and the items are returned to us in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense, and the customer must arrange their own return shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed via email.

Ryvdoll will refund the value of the returned goods but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Ryvdoll will gladly honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping costs; however, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim.

Upon receipt of the items for a warranty claim, you can expect Ryvdoll to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will have the choice of:

(a) A refund to your original payment method
(b) A refund in store credit
(c) A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2–7 days.

4.2 International Transit Time

Orders shipped internationally are generally in transit for 4–22 days. This varies significantly depending on the courier selected. We are able to provide a more accurate estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of payment.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In such cases, we take steps to ensure shipping delays are minimized.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time prior to dispatch.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Ryvdoll will ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are not able to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to become available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we wait for the backordered item.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the carrier.

6. Damaged Parcels in Transit

If you find that a parcel is damaged during transit, if possible, please refuse the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the Website.

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be prepaid, with no additional charges payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we may accept cancellations at any time prior to dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Process for Parcels Damaged in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed its investigation into the claim.
